Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, who got fame with her Lakshmi Talk Show, entered into the Telugu film industry with the film "Anaganaga O Dheerudu". In that film she played the negative role. Now she is acting in a Hindi film "Department" in the direction of Ram Gopal Varma. She is also set to do female lead role in a bilingual film titled Gundello Godari, which is going to start soon.
She didn’t revealed the detials about her role and even ManiRatnam also busy in finding the heroine to his film. As per sources, Bollywood heroine Sonam Kapoor is in the race to bag the heroine role where as Gautham, son of yesteryear actor Karthik, of Abhinandana fame, is going to play the lead role in this film.
