This scorching starlet couple of days back walked out of Abbas-Mastan’s prestigious project ‘Race-2′. Many were left wondering the reason behind her sudden walkout after shooting just for two days for the film. Some say it was because she planned to star in Indian Super Star Rajanikanth’s prestigious venture ‘Kochadiyan’ a 3D adventurous film. In order to squeeze some dates out of her busy schedule, she walked out of ‘race-2′ hurting the sentiments of the director duo. Both are extremely disappointed and shocked at the behavior of the star actress who opted out without even discussing the matter with them, Deepika has her hands full already with the ‘Desi Boyz’ star committing Ayan Mukherjee’s film titled ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ . She will be romancing Ranbir Kapoor in the film.
Deepika excused from Abbas-Mastan’s ‘Race-2′ saying she had been approached by an hollywood film maker and she can not miss such a golden opportunity in her lifetime. But insiders say she cooked her own story to come out of the ‘Race-2′ as she cannot miss superstar Rajanikanth’s prestigious venture. The film titled ‘Kochadiyan’ is directed by Superstar daughter Soundarya and already has high profile starcast like Sobhana,Sarath Kumar,Aadi,Nazar and even stars bollywood action hero Jackie Shroff. AR.Rahman is tuning music for the film while KS,Ravichandran is readying script for the film. Rajani will be playing the role of Pallava King who dominated all the rulers of Cholas,Marathas and Cheras. The firstlook of the film was launched recently and recieved huge response from the millions of fans of the ‘Thalaivar’ across the world.
